The set of 250k topographic maps of Zambia Africa on  DVD

The 250k topographic maps offer full country coverage. In addition to main and secondary roads many other features are also indicated (health centres, police stations, schools, hotel and filling stations just to name a few).

The 1°x1,5° maps in ozf2 format are in Arc 1950, Transverse Mercator projection and include a OziExplorer calibration file. In practice all it is required is to place the DVD into your DVDrom drive and load a map. As simple as that.

A special Geotiff version where maps, in line with international trends, have been reprojected (geographic or lat/lon projection, WGS84 datum) and collar cropped for seamless mosaicking (by OziExplorer MadMerge Utility or by Global Mapper) is available as special request.
